Introduction
Easi-Skul is a new venture undertaken by two first years students in collaboration with transition year students as part of their Y.E.S. project. The aim of this new venture it to provide first, second and third year students with any extra support they may need in preparation for their Junior Cert. If a student has a query on any school subject, after becoming a member, he or she simply logs onto the Easi-skul website where one of our Transition Year (TY) volunteers will guide them through their problem. It is important to note that all transition students have achieved an A in the subject they will be supporting the student with.
The purpose of this site is to support the student to work through the solution and gain an understanding, rather than providing an answer that the student can copy for their homework, which defeats the purpose!!
Once a student becomes a member, we invite the parents, if they wish, to get actively involved in the process by logging on and asking their own questions or to check their children’s progress .
