How to get in contact with us
Member students simply e-mail their query to our team at the following e-mail address. A number of TY students will be online between the hours of 7pm-9pm from Monday to Friday, and every effort will be made to respond within these hours on the same evening. Upon becoming a member each student will be given a unique membership number. This number must be included at the top of each query the students have, and the number must be tied to a particular email address.
